The procedure
From your first document to the consular interview

Assess
We review your academic profile, language level, budget and available documents.

Choose and apply
We recommend suitable institutions and submit up to three applications on your behalf.

Prepare the visa
After admission and required university payments, we organise the visa file and insurance.

Find the appointment
We assist with the consular appointment search, subject to slots released by the embassy.

Prepare the interview
We prepare you for the interview, support legitimate travel and accommodation reservations, and complete a final document check.

Follow the correct consular route
Most applicants use the Polish mission responsible for their country of residence. DRC residents who must travel to Luanda can choose the specialised package.
Payment
The selected package is paid in full when the agreement is signed, before services begin. Third-party costs remain separate.
Languages
Polish courses, English-exam preparation and examination charges are separate. We provide an individual programme and quotation after assessment.

- Flights and other transport costs
- Accommodation in Luanda or Poland

- Language examinations and work outside the signed agreement
