Application and national student visa

Your process, step by step

01

Choose English or Polish

We confirm the intended teaching language and the accepted B2 evidence.

02

Select a school and programme

We compare suitable options and prepare the application with the student’s authorisation.

03

Receive admission

We follow the application. The student pays the university directly according to its official instructions.

04

Prepare the student-visa file

We organise admission, passport, insurance, finances, accommodation and the consular checklist.

05

Find the consular appointment

Complete and DRC-Luanda Support include appointment assistance; availability cannot be guaranteed.

06

Follow the correct consular route

Most applicants use the Polish mission responsible for their country of residence. DRC residents can receive Angola entry-visa preparation and practical Luanda support.

07

Prepare for the interview

Complete Support includes five sessions and DRC-Luanda Support includes ten.

08

Travel with local support

The specialised DRC-Luanda package includes accommodation-search and transport guidance in Luanda with a local guide.

09

Submit and await the decision

The applicant attends personally. The consular authority alone decides the visa.

10

Arrive in Poland

After visa approval, we help plan arrival and organise airport reception in Poland.

Important

Admission, appointment availability and visa approval are never guaranteed. External tuition, consular, travel and accommodation costs are separate unless the signed contract explicitly states otherwise.
