Most applicants use the Polish mission responsible for their country of residence. For DRC residents, specialised support covers Angola entry-visa preparation, Luanda organisation and a local guide.

Useful answers before you apply
Can international students study in Poland in English?
Yes. Many Polish universities offer degree programmes in English. Applicants generally need university-accepted proof of at least B2 English. Depending on the institution, this may include TOEFL iBT, IELTS, Cambridge English or another accepted certificate. Students without the required English proof can take language preparation first, or prepare for a Polish-taught programme and reach the required level of Polish. Always check the exact certificate and score with the university and the Polish consulate handling the visa.
Which English certificates are recognised for studying in Poland?
Examples in Poland’s official B2-or-higher list include Cambridge B2 First (FCE), C1 Advanced (CAE), C2 Proficiency (CPE), B2 Business Vantage, C1 Business Higher and CEIBT; IELTS with at least 5.5; Trinity ESOL Skills for Life Level 1+, ISE II+ or ISE Digital above 80; TOEFL iBT with at least 72; TOEIC with at least 785 Listening & Reading, 150 Speaking and 160 Writing; Pearson English International Certificate Level 3+ or PTE Academic with at least 59; LanguageCert International ESOL Communicator B2+, LanguageCert Academic B2+ or LanguageCert Test of English B2+; LCCI English for Business Level 2+ or FTBE; ECL B2+; and telc English, English Business, English Technical or English University at B2+. The document must confirm listening, reading, speaking and writing. Other recognised routes include certain qualifying preparatory-course certificates, English-medium degrees, English philology or applied-linguistics degrees, and specified International or European Baccalaureate diplomas. The university must verify the document under the rules applicable to the applicant.
Do you prepare students for recognised English examinations?
Yes. We can prepare students for examinations such as IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English, PTE Academic, LanguageCert, Trinity, TOEIC, ECL and telc. Preparation covers listening, reading, speaking, writing, mock tests and examination strategy. This is a separately priced service: its duration and price depend on the student’s starting level and selected examination, and examination registration fees are excluded. No particular score can be guaranteed.
Is it cheaper to study in Polish than in English?
Polish-taught programmes are often cheaper than international English-taught programmes, but they are not automatically free for every foreign student. Both routes normally require accepted B2 evidence in the language of instruction. A beginner may need roughly 18–24 months of intensive Polish preparation to reach B2; a student starting from A2 or B1 may progress faster.
Can I begin studying in Polish and later change to English?
It may be possible, but it is not guaranteed. The university must have a suitable English-taught programme and approve the change or a new application. It will consider available places, completed credits, accepted B2 English evidence and the applicable English-programme tuition.
How much does it cost to study in Poland?
Tuition commonly starts around €2,000 per year, but the exact amount depends on the university and programme. Medicine, MBA and specialist programmes can cost considerably more.
Do you guarantee admission or a student visa?
No. Universities decide admissions and Polish consular authorities decide visas. We prepare, organise and verify the application, but we cannot guarantee either decision.
Can you help applicants who must travel to Luanda?
The specialised DRC-Luanda package includes appointment assistance, Angola entry-visa file preparation, accommodation and transport organisation, and a local guide. Applicants in other countries normally use the Polish mission responsible for their country of residence.
